The patient and any person responsible for payment has the right to refuse to pay, cancel payment, or be reimbursed for payment for any service, examination, or treatment performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to an advertisement for a free, discounted, or reduced-fee service.
This offer includes a two-visit process:
Visit 1: The doctor will conduct a consultation to understand your condition, perform an examination, and take a 2-view X-ray of your primary area of concern if medically necessary. The doctor will then analyze your results.
Visit 2: You will receive a report of findings and, if appropriate, be provided with an AllCore 360 decompression session.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your visit to another day and time.
